Reviews
I think this Starbucks has run its course. Past few times I’ve been here the service has been unbearably slow. The drinks have been inconsistent and have tasted horrible. The drive thru has now been blocked off for months. I don’t mind driving the extra mile to the Delaware/Sheridan location because they get it right every time.
Manager is worst employee at the store, 0 urgency, orders always behind when they’re working to go…even when it’s dead
Lately this Starbucks has been painful. Ordering ahead is pointless, better off ordering when you get there. They prioritize doing other things, like closing up early, instead of making drinks for the line of people there. It’s disappointing, not sure what changed.
Drive thru was closed when we went by. Staff was very standoffish to my husband. But hey, on the bright side, they got our drinks right.
All employers are very good and treat me very good always smile and say hi to me
This location sucks they constantly have their drive thru baracaded so you can't use it. If your equipment doesn't work take window orders. You're a Starbucks act like it. Also the parking is a nightmare, expect your car to get dinged in the cluster that they create. Whoever manages this store should be ashamed of themselves.
They have not had the drive thru open for at least 10 weeks. The inside of store is to crowded and the parking is horrible. I do not have a Starbucks where I live ( Springville) and I look forward to the ability to get my order there. I will NOT be going there again, if the drive thru is not open..
This location still allows customers to place drive thru orders even though their drive thru hasn't been available in at least a week.
Today I placed a mobile order and my order was not even started when I arrived expecting to be able to pick it up. I received my drink but my sandwich was not made. It took a good 60 seconds for an employee to acknowledge me and ask what I needed. When I informed her that my sandwich was not made, she asked for my receipt which I showed. When she was done making my sandwich, she threw it down on the counter. I opened it in the car to find one tiny tomato on it. If i hadn't been made late getting back to work due to the wait in the store for both parts of my order, I would have taken this food back and asked for a refund.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
